Terms and conditions of purchase and sale
1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of online training courses and products offered by Olya Beauty on its website. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Prices
The prices of our training courses and products are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Olya Beauty reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
3. Order
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products and training courses available for sale. Olya Beauty reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding payment of a previous order.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank card via Sum UP or in installments via Alma (from €100). Payment is due immediately upon order. In case of payment default, the order will be automatically cancelled.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. This period is extended to 30 days for digital products (online training).
6. Delivery
Delivery is available only in French overseas departments and territories (Caribbean). Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the order. Online training courses are accessible immediately after payment validation.
7. Access to training
Access to online training is valid for a determined period (generally 6 months) from the date of purchase. The user can extend their access by purchasing an extension. Training content is protected and cannot be downloaded.
8. Warranties
Olya Beauty is committed to providing quality training. In case of a technical problem preventing access to training, we commit to resolving the problem as soon as possible.
9. Liability
Olya Beauty cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of training courses or products sold. Olya Beauty's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
10. Applicable law
These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls under French courts.
